ZEN STRETCH
Zen Stretch is a whole body protocol created by Timothy R. Trahant that encompasses techniques drawn from traditions of Eastern and Western Medicine. It was developed through thirty years of observing patterns that people develop throughout their lives and is based on the belief that equanimity with all things leads to the most successful life. The restoration of balance to the individual is the ultimate goal.
Implementation of the most effective, safest, and easiest techniques are key to the client achieving more balance. The Zen Stretch protocol combines manual techniques, stretching, joint opening, and acupressure.

An advanced stretching technique that involves contracting and releasing the muscle to gain flexibility. A tight muscle is a weak muscle.
POSTURAL RE-BALANCING
Correction of postural patterns that lead to the weakening and tightening of select muscles.
